Ma’at judges the souls of the Netjeru 20th day of Panchons in the year 5109 ( 4th April 2009) As we gather today for the judging of the Netjeru by Ma’at it is a good time to look at ourselves both spiritually and physically .This is also the time to remind ourselves that no matter your station in life we will all face judgement for our acts in life. As such it is important that we all take time out in our busy lives to see if we have really acted in a good way in our lives. For every act that we carry out is reflected in our souls & on the day we face Osiris in judgement the weight that we carry in our hearts will finally decide our future a light heart will give us entry to the next world a heavy heart will lead us to the darkness of the underworld. So it is very important that we take time to evaluate both our physical and spiritual lives every know and again. A good way to do this is to look at how you have interacted with others around you both in your personnel , professional life & with those who have just made a fleeting visit into your life then gone again. Have you been good to them was your there for them when they needed help or advice. Have you done all that you can to ensure that the quality of peoples lives has been good. How can I do this? Well it is easy and the same formula for all of us no matter our station in life. We should help others whenever we can give them advice when they need it but do not force you advice on others that can be as bad as giving no help at all. At work try to work as a team player, do not at as a single unit. In your spiritual life look at how you have interacted with the Gods, have you been as attentive as you could have been. This does not mean spending hours at their temples or before their shrines in your homes after all this is the duty of their priests. But have you thanked them for their blessings have you asked for their advice in times of trouble and given thanks in times of joy. All of these things can be achieved if we only take a few moments to think before we act. Doing this takes only seconds out of our live yet will give us years of joy in the future. It does not take great deals of money to achieve these goals just a smile a kindly word or even just a simple hung can do as much as a million pounds. The Gods weigh our deeds in respect to what we have to offer and so on the final day we are all equal in their final judgement. So take just a few minutes in a quit room look to your life look to your soul and act on what you find their for we will always find the true way not in books or from the words of others but deep in our souls. The Gods plant the eternal map to each persons true journey through life deep in our soles. Those who can find that map will rejoice in the blessings that that true journey will bring. We can all find that map over the years we may stray from that journey but we can return to it and then continue on the journey.
